New Reception Intake 2002 – Stay and Play letter
Dear parents / carers,
Welcome to Evergreen Primary Academy!
We are very much looking forward to meeting you and your children soon.
I am writing to invite you to a special Stay and Play afternoon on:
Wednesday 29th June at 1pm – 2:15pm.
This is an opportunity for us to meet yourselves and the children, and for the children to see their new classroom. It is an important experience for them so that they know where they will be going in September.
You will be welcomed into the school at the main office at 1pm and will be brought down to the Reception classroom. Here you will be welcomed by the Evergreen Reception team and the children will be allowed to stay and play in the classroom with their new teacher. Adults will be welcomed into the small hall for tea and coffee and to meet other members of Evergreen staff, and other new Reception parents too.
Towards the end of the Stay and Play session, there will be a talk from the Reception team which will include information about the timetable for September and other important details.
We very much hope that you can attend, and we look forward to seeing both you and your children on the day.
