EYFS
In our Early Years Foundation Stage, we provide a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued and a strong sense of belonging. We recognise that children learn best when they feel happy, secure and confident, and we work closely with families to ensure a successful start to their learning journey.
Our ambitious and engaging curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, encourage exploration and develop a lifelong love of learning. Through a balance of child-initiated play, hands-on experiences and carefully planned adult-led activities, children are supported to discover, question and make sense of the world around them. Learning opportunities are tailored to children’s interests and developmental needs, helping them to build confidence, independence and resilience.
We place a strong emphasis on developing communication and language, early reading, writing and mathematical understanding, alongside the social, emotional and physical skills that are essential for future success. Children are encouraged to collaborate, create, investigate and problem-solve through meaningful experiences both indoors and outdoors.
By providing a rich and stimulating environment, filled with opportunities to explore, imagine and learn, we ensure that every child develops the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to flourish. Our Early Years provision lays the foundations for children to become curious, capable and enthusiastic learners who are ready for the next stage of their education.
