Parent & Pupil Voice

Evergreen Primary Academy is proud to have an active Pupil Academy Council who work alongside the leadership team to ensure that the voices of our pupils is heard and feeds into our school vision and day to day operations. Ms Vincent runs our Pupil Academy Council and they have had a positive impact. They meet to discuss various school matters, from school dinners to charity events, and even playground additions! In recent years, the Pupil Council has had a hugely positive impact on the school. These include supporting and promoting the installation of our new playground equipment, increasing safety at lunch time and improving school dinners. We use the smart schools council model to ensure that all pupils voices are heard, and all pupils are able to lead change across the Academy.

Our links with our parents is strong and we hold Parent and SLT Coffee Mornings regularly.  Gaining feedback from parents is really important to us and we value the time that parents give to us to discuss key school priorities and activities.
