Sports Day for whole school – Wednesday 17th March 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians

We are excited to invite you to our sports day on Wednesday 17th Mary 2023.  This year, our sports day will be split in two halves:

EYFS/KS1 (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) : 10:00am – 11:30am

KS2 (Year 3, 4, 5 and 6) : 13:15pm – 14:45pm

If it is raining on this date, our sports day will be cancelled, and you will be informed via text and Class Dojo.

On sports day, your child will need to wear their PE kit and trainers.  They will be able to wear their PE kit all day in school.  Your child will need to bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen.  We are not having coloured teams/houses this year, therefore, your child will be expected to wear their Evergreen (or a place black and white) PE top.

There will be a range of sports stations and each class will be moving amongst the stations.  Adult may walk around and watch their child during each activity by must stay in the area set aside for them.  No one must enter the activity area at any point unless instructed to by a member of staff and activities will be stopped if this happens.
