Y5 trip – City Academy
Dear Parent/Carer
We are pleased to inform you that Year 5 pupils at Evergreen Primary Academy have been invited to attend a special theatre trip to watch a production of Matilda at City Academy on Tuesday 29th April.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the children to experience live theatre and bring their learning to life in an engaging and memorable way.
Trip Details
- Date: Tuesday 29th April
- Location: City Academy
- Activity: Watching a live production of Matilda
- School Hours: Children will attend during the normal school day and return before the end of the school day
Children should come to school in full uniform. Please indicate below whether your child will bring a pack lunch or requires one to be provided by the school.
The trip will be fully supervised by school staff, and all necessary risk assessments have been completed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the pupils.
Please complete and return the consent slip below to confirm whether your child has permission to attend. Please make sure your child arrives at school on time and bring sensible shoes, a coat in case of rain, a packed lunch and a water bottle.
Please let me or Mrs Duale in the office know if you can support with this trip.
