Pupils inspired by visit from local PCSO

Year One pupils at Evergreen Primary Academy had a fantastic visit from their local Police Community Support Officer (PCSO).

During the visit, pupils learned all about how PCSOs help keep the community safe and asked brilliant questions about their important work.

The session encouraged pupils to think about kindness, safety, and respect values that are central to life at Evergreen Primary.

A spokesperson for Evergreen Primary Academy said: “We’re so grateful to our local PCSO for taking the time to meet our pupils.

“Visits like this help children understand the role of community helpers and inspire them to make positive contributions to society.

“It was wonderful to see their curiosity and enthusiasm in action.”
