Police sniffer dog visit

Friday 19th May
Year 5 Citizen’s at Evergreen Primary Academy took part in their last mini police celebration. We were visited by Dax, the Police sniffer dog, and Lee, who explained their role in the police. The pupils asked amazing questions and were respectful of others.

Pupils were archaeologists

Thursday 11th May
Pupils at Evergreen Primary Academy were archaeologists! They uncovered artefacts from the past and predicted who they thought used them, what they were and when they were used. Pupils found out they were from the Maya civilisation. Fantastic questioning and inferring from pupils!

We have a school dog!

Year 5 Citizens at Evergreen Primary Academy interviewed a Council worker who works as apart of the nature conservation team! We learnt lots about what our councils are doing to improve our nature, environment and planet!
