Reception Class and Year 4 trip – Wild Place Project

Dear Parents/Carers

To support out scientific understanding and deepen our learning within our wider curriculum learning of Life Cycles and Living Things, Reception Class and Year 4 are visiting The Wild Place project on Thursday 22nd February.  The cost of this trip will be £13.00 (£11.70 for pupil premium children).  All payments must be made by Monday 19th February.  If you think you may have difficulty paying the cost of this trip, please speak to the class teacher by Friday 9th February

The children will have the opportunity to walk around the Wild Place, seeing different animals in their habitats and interact with displays there.  We will leave after registration at 9.30am and return in time for the end of the school day.  Children will need a packed lunch and a drink.  Please inform us if your child is eligible for free school meals and requires a packed lunch by ticking the slip below.

Due to the time of the year, children will need to be wearing a waterproof coat, sensible shoes and a jumper to keep warm.

Please return the permission lip to the office as soon as possible.  If you would like to support on this trip, please let your child’s class teacher know.
