Y5 Trip letter – We the Curious

Dear Parents/Carers,

To support our scientific understanding and deepen our learning within our wider curriculum learning of Astronomy, Year 5 are visiting We the Curious on Friday 8^th April. The cost of this trip will be £9.45 (£8.50 for pupil premium children). All payments must be made by Wednesday 30^th March. If you think you may have difficulty paying the cost of this trip, please speak to Miss Dorse by Friday 18^th March.

The children will have the opportunity to take part in an educational workshop, visit the planetarium and explore We the Curious. We will leave after registration at 8:55am and return in time for the end of the school day. We will be taking the train into Temple Meads from Stapleton Road and then walking towards We the Curious. Children will need a packed lunch and a drink. Please inform us if your child is eligible for free school meals and requires a packed lunch by ticking the slip below.

Due to the time of the year, children will need to be wearing a waterproof coat, sensible shoes and a jumper to keep warm.  

Please return the permission slip to the office as soon as possible.
