Year 6 celebrations

Dear Year 6 families

First, a HUGE congratulations to all of Year 6 for completing their SATs last term!  The children were all absolutely amazing and really tried their very best.  No matter what their results may be, they all have lots to be proud of.

Team Year 6, Mrs Tolley and Senior Leadership at the school have been working hard to arrange a real end of year celebration for our Year 6 children.  This will be to celebrate all they have achieved this year and during their time at Evergreen Primary Academy.  As such, we will be running a ‘Week of Celebration’ over the final two weeks of term.

The ‘Week of Celebration’ will include a number of exciting trips and events.  These trips and events will be fully funded by the school meaning all the trips and events will be FREE.  The timetable for the ‘Week of Celebration’ is as follows:

Wednesday 12th July – local walk, Empire Fighting Chance (Easton)

Thursday 13th July – Swimming – Easton Leisure Centre (Easton)

Friday 14th July – Cinema Trip – Showcase Cinema De Luxe (Cabot circus)

Monday 17th July – Black Rock Outdoor Adventures Trip (Bridgwater, Somerset)

Tuesday 18th July – Lazer Quest (City Centre, Bristol)

Wednesday 19th July – Leavers Graduation (Evergreen), Freedog Trip – Trampolining (Redcliffe)

Thursday 20th July – Park and Picnic

Friday 21st July – Final day

Later this term, we will be sending out more detailed information regarding each trip or event.  In the meantime, we hope you and your children enjoy your final term at Evergreen Primary Academy!
