Evergreen Primary Academy celebrates anti-bullying

Evergreen Primary Academy pupils proudly wore odd socks to school to mark the start of Anti-Bullying Week, a nationwide campaign aimed at raising awareness and taking a stand against bullying.

Odd Socks Day, which launches Anti-Bullying Week, encourages pupils to wear mismatched socks as a powerful reminder that our differences make us unique and valuable.

At Evergreen Primary Academy, pupils embraced the spirit of the day, each wearing their own unique combination of colours, patterns, and styles of socks.

The display of individuality united the school community, sparking discussions about kindness, respect, and acceptance.

A spokesperson for Evergreen Primary Academy said, “Odd Socks Day reminds us that our differences are what make us special.

“We are incredibly proud of our pupils for coming together to celebrate individuality and to show their commitment to a respectful and inclusive school environment.

“Keep being unique and being you, Evergreen citizens!”
